Shipping & Handling
Our products are warehoused in a state of the art order fulfillment center located in the state of New York, USA. We have a prompt order turnaround time as our handling time is 1 – 2 days. We value your time and we promise to do our best to provide you swift shipping and customer service on any problems that may arise.
Our shipper, USPS, can ship to any box-type address including PO/APO/FPO. We ship by Priority Mail so our shipping & handling time is minimized.
Within 30 days of any purchase, we will refund the full price you paid upon your request. Simply contact us via our contact form and let us know you’d like a refund. No refunds are provided after more than 30 days following purchase.
• The merchandise must be received by Vital Supplements within 30 days of your purchase, no returns will be accepted after this time period.
• You must provide your Purchase Order number as received when your order was placed through the Site.
• Apparel and Accessories: Apparel and accessories must be unworn, unwashed and in good condition with all original tags and labels attached the item and in the original packaging.
• Dietary Supplements and other consumable products: Must be unopened and returned within 30 days of purchase.
