Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake


  • 8 oz whole milk
  • 1 scoop, casein protein, chocolate flavor
  • 1 spoonful, all natural peanut butter
  • 3 ice cubes

Variations: Add 1 medium banana or a handful of berries.

  2. Blend till smooth and creamy.
