Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana
  • 5 raspberries
  • 16 oz whole milk
  • 2 scoops whey protein, flavor of your choice
  • 1 spoonful all natural peanut butter
  • 4 ice cubes

Variations: Use 2% milk to cut 6g of fat

Directions

  1. Combine these ingredients in your blender.
  2. Blend till smooth and creamy. 
  3. Enjoy!
