Blueberry Yogurt Protein Bites


  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp raw honey
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds


  1. Mix honey and yogurt.
  2. Stir in blueberries and almonds.
  3. Drop bite sized bites onto wax lined tray with a spoon.
  4. Place tray in freezer for two hours.
