Ingredients

  • 2 Scoops of Whey Protein, Cookies & Cream
  • 1 Medium Banana
  • 1 Small Container Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup 2% Milk
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 1/3 Cup Quick or Regular Oats, Dry
  • 5 G Plain Creatine Powder (optional)
  • 4 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Combine these ingredients in your blender.
  2. Blend till smooth and creamy. 
  3. Enjoy!
