SHIPPING

How do I know if my order has shipped?

Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation number and/or receipt number.  Once your package has been picked up by our carrier (USPS) you will receive tracking information via the email address used at checkout. Click here to check on your order status.

What countries do you ship to?

Currently, we have a shipping facility to service the North American region. We can ship to Europe and South America from there. When you enter your address to order the shipping price will be calculated.

Where is my order shipped from?

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Domestic orders are delivered via USPS with Priority Shipping in 2-4 business days.

RETURNS

How do I return my order?

What is your return policy?

Within 30 days of any purchase, we will refund the full price you paid upon request. Simply contact us via our contact form and let us know you’d like a refund. No refunds are provided after more than 30 days following purchase. Click here for full details.

No. Supplements are simply meant to provide nutrition/energy for your body. The hard work it takes to reach your fitness goal is all on you.

Where are your supplements manufactured?

All products are manufactured in the United States in a CGMP and FDA Inspected Facility.

Do you actually list all ingredient and not have propriety blends in your supplements?

Yes, we do list all the ingredients used in the products. One of our founding principles is that you deserve to know exactly what it is that you are putting into your body. If you have a question about an ingredient please contact our Customer Support staff.

Can I buy your supplements at my local supplement store?

If your favorite local supplement store does not carry Vital Supplements products, please direct them to contact us. We would love to explore a partnership with them.
